Eddy Current Sorting Machine Working Principle

When the vortex current separator works, a high frequency alternating strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the sorting magnetic roll. When the conductive non-ferrous metal passes through the magnetic field, the eddy current will be induced in the non-ferrous metal. The eddy current itself will produce a magnetic field in the opposite direction of the original magnetic field. To achieve the separation from other non-metallic substances, to achieve the purpose of sorting; The main distinguishing criterion is the ratio value of the material conductivity and density, and the high ratio value is easier to separate than the low ratio of the material.
