Introduction of Waste Baler
The baler is a mechanical and electrical integration product, mainly composed of mechanical system, control system, feeding system and power system. The whole packing process is composed of auxiliary time such as compaction, return trip, lifting, dropping off, unloading down, unloading up, turning, unloading, connecting, threading and so on.
Features of Hydraulic Baler
1. The main frame is made of 16Mn or 16MnMoV material, and its wall thickness meets the functional requirements;
2. The frame adopts equal height and thick wall H-shaped steel design with high strength and stiffness, which is enough to meet the requirements of use.
3. The surface anticorrosive treatment adopts shot peening treatment. Before shot peening, welding slag, splashing grease and other relics, shot peening treatment reaches Sa2.5 level in GB8923.
