Trommel Screen Introduction

Roller screen is a garbage roller screening equipment developed by Yuxi Machinery for power plants, coking plants, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, garbage sorting, mining and other industries. It overcomes the screen sticking problem of various vibrating screens when screening wetter materials, and improves the output and reliability of the screening system.

Working Principle of Trommel Screen

Drum screen machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover and inlet and outlet. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material (the product under the screen) is discharged through the cylindrical screen of the drum, and the unqualified material (the product on the screen) is discharged through the end of the drum. Due to the material turning and rolling in the drum, the material stuck in the screen can be ejected to prevent the screen plugging.
